From learning more about your reactions and emotional triggers, you can learn new ways to regulate your emotions and communicate more effectively. 

With advanced training in trauma, I can help you heal, grow and move toward the life your heart longs for.

My individual counselling draws on my experience with parents and families. I am grounded in an attachment-informed, family systems, emotion-focused approach. 

I also live and work from a feminist, anti-oppression framework where I am continually learning and growing
